Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Twinn Minds. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with tracking information.

  • Please note that processing time is separate from transit/delivery time.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship all orders across India using reliable third-party courier partners.

  • Standard Delivery Timeline: 7 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order (if any) will be calculated and displayed clearly at the time of checkout before you make your payment.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen courier bottlenecks, peak holiday seasons, extreme weather conditions, or local restrictions.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) and a link to track your package in real-time. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier portal.

4. Wrong Address & Undeliverable Packages

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the complete and accurate shipping address, along with a valid contact number and pin code, is provided at checkout.

  • If a package is returned to us by the courier company due to an incorrect/incomplete address or repeated failed delivery attempts, the order will fall under our strict No Return, No Refund policy.

  • If you wish to have the package reshipped to a corrected address, additional shipping fees will apply.

5. Damages & Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at twinnminds@gmail.com with clear photo or video proof of the outer packaging and the damaged item so we can investigate and evaluate the issue with our courier partner.
