Return and Refund Policy

At Twinn Minds, we follow a strict No Return, No Refund policy. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Policy: No Returns & No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept standard returns, exchanges, or issue refunds simply for a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or general dissatisfaction.

2. Conditional Exceptions (At Our Discretion)

Returns or replacements are not a matter of right and will only be entertained under exceptional circumstances.

  • If you believe you have a valid reason for a return, you must first contact us at twinnminds@gmail.com.

  • Sole Discretion: The final decision to approve or reject a return request rests entirely with management. If we evaluate your request and find it justified from our side, we may authorize a return/replacement. If it is not approved by us, no return or refund will be possible.

  • Items sent back to us without prior written approval from our team will be automatically rejected and discarded.

3. Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. In accordance with consumer guidelines, if the product is inherently defective, damaged during transit, or if you received the wrong item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at twinnminds@gmail.com with clear photo or video proof of the damage/defect. We will evaluate the issue and, if validated, arrange for a resolution.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Under no circumstances can the following items be considered for a return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized products.

  • Sale items, clearance items, or purchases made using promotional gift cards.

5. Authorized Refunds & Processing

In the rare event that a refund is explicitly approved by our management team:

  • The refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

6. Governing Law

This policy and your purchases are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
